1. Terms of Service
By accessing and using Altura Workspaces, you agree to be bound by our terms. The workspace is to be used strictly for professional purposes. Members are responsible for their guests and any damages caused to the property.
2. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information such as your name, email, and payment details to process bookings and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Our servers use end-to-end encryption to protect your billing information.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Meeting Rooms: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking time will receive a 100% refund in the form of workspace credits. No refunds for no-shows.
Monthly Plans: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Prorated refunds are not provided for mid-month cancellations.
4. Community Guidelines
Respect your fellow members. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum in shared areas. Phone calls longer than 5 minutes should be taken in the designated phone booths or soundproof pods.
